Here at Thompson Creek we are searching for self-motivated individuals to lead one of our Neighborhood Response Teams. This position requires that you have a strong desire to excel, are punctual, professional, dependable, energetic, as well as possess the drive and the ability to lead by example.
Our Neighborhood Response Team visits prospects homes year round, that are in close proximity to customers for whom we have completed work. The candidate for this position sets appointments for our Factory Representatives, manages others on the team, selects the areas the team will be visiting, provides team members with all documents necessary to track daily individual progress, uploads daily information into company reports, manages the team’s effectiveness, maintains all team reports for upper-management, recruits new team members as necessary and insures that the team remains within it’s budgetary constraints.
