Being able to measure that satisfaction through dedicated surveying of every contact – whether they end up purchasing from us or not – gives us a very clear picture of where our strengths are and what areas we can target for improvement.  Customers are contacted by phone and email and asked to complete a detailed questionnaire.

 

We have built a method of survey results delivery into our internal systems.  Once a survey is completed, results are immediately delivered via email to key executives within the company.
