I never considered going with replacement windows other than wood ones since I originally had wood Andersen windows installed in our home when constructed in 1990. Your Rep. Eugene Reyes sold me on the vinyl windows which both my wife and I was overly impressed with the display window which Eugene demonstrated. I was also applauded by the knowledge and advice provided by Joe Meagher when he came out to take the measurements. He was instrumental in telling me about installing a LVL beam where we decided to add two additional new windows. This saved me a lot of work and time in preparation of the arrival of our new Thompson Creek windows. Most professional, orderly, and profound to my wife and I during this endeavor was the installation crew. I had a total of 36 windows installed and the process was slated to take two days. Mr. Ricardo and his crew of eight others arrived on site between 8:15 - 11:00 am. To our amazement, all 36 windows including a complete clean-up were in order by 5:30 pm, all the same day. We were so impressed with the installation crew that we provided lunch. Hats off to the whole Thompson Creek experience, you did a great job.

Thompson Creek was great to work with all-around. They scheduled a time convenient for me to discuss possible products, the sales rep came completely prepared, a second person came to the house to verify that correct measurements were taken, the order came in a timely fashion and was installed when expected. Even when we ran into some rotted wood problems, they worked with us to return to finish the job after necessary improvements were done.
