“Thompson Creek sold and installed Provia Doors at my front entry. The doors are beautiful and very sturdy. The installation team was exceptional! They were careful, precise, and worked hard, and I could not have asked for a better outcome. The door is absolutely gorgeous, and I am 100% satisfied with it. The sales process could be improved. There are no showrooms where you can see the actual doors except in Maryland, which is 3 to 4 hours away for me. I discovered the doors gallery is on the Provia website, not the Thompson Creek site. You have to know exactly what you want. If you have a budget, there is no way to tell which doors are within budget by looking online. Basically, they offer sketches of doors from which to choose. There is a gallery, but the photos did not reflect my home or the doors I was interested in. I did not see actual color samples or product samples until the installer came to measure. I suggest being able to upload a photo of your own house and try different colors and styles digitally. Also, give price ranges. What I chose was significantly beyond what I intended to spend. It was very frustrating for me. My experience had nothing to do with the rep because he was awesome, hardworking, and very quick to meet my needs. He really wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. He tolerated my changes in preference until I got it right. Communication with the home office was stellar. I knew my order status, and they updated me frequently. Despite the mention of the sales process, I am extremely pleased with my doors. The customer service and installation team was stellar, and their willingness, dare I say passion, to deliver a great product is par excellence!”
