V3 is an innovative program administered by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services work with companies to promote the recruitment, hiring and retention of military Veterans.

Meet Some of our Veteran-Employees

Titus retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Major. He sees Thompson Creek as a great place for veterans, noting our core values are based on those same basic fundamental beliefs most veterans are already fully accustomed to.

Bryant spent four years in the Marines as a combat engineer, including a 2010 tour of Afghanistan. When he first transitioned out, he joined Thompson Creek part time as a Field Marketing Representative, attracted to the flexible hours. He has since been promoted to his current role and is excelling in outside sales.

Don served in the Marines and joined Thompson Creek nearly five years ago after roles in leadership at Fortune 500 companies. He has distinguished himself here at "the Creek" in the way he has transformed the company, bringing the Marine Corps values to the company and fostering an environment of accountability and achievement.

Dan joined Thompson Creek nearly 10 years ago after serving as a consultant for the company. In the 1990s, he served in the CINC office on a destroyer in the U.S. Navy.
