I got multiple quotes from many sources and Thompson Creek wasn’t the cheapest, but they offered the best for what you were spending. After we signed the contract, they came out and measured every window in the house. Lead times are long on windows replacements so plan for it. Our lead time was longer because we had one octagonal window in our master bath. When the windows were ready they came out and installed them all in one day. The crew did a fantastic job of installing the windows. If I had any single observation it would be clean up. There was snow on the ground and by the time they finished it was after dark, so they missed a few things on cleanup. Screws, nails, trim etc. Not even enough to take off a star. Minor thing.

The project manager came by to ensure that all was going to plan and that we were satisfied with the service thus far.
