Thompson Creek was one of a few companies that quoted new windows for our home. While they were the highest price, the lifetime warranty, self-employed installation crew, and quality of window construction led us to go with them. We had five windows installed. They put down drop cloths, were professional and courteous, and left no evidence they were there except for an excellent window install. They will be doing the rest of our windows over the next few years.

The rep from Thompson Creek, John-Paul, was professional, knowledgeable and very well versed on all of the company products and services. He addresses all of our concerns and inquiries. It was a pleasure working with him. We look forward to the installation process. If it goes as smoothly as the initial appointment we will be highly satisfied.

We had a back door replaced by these guys, and found the whole experience to be effective and professional. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work quickly and competently, and the door looks great and seems to be super high quality. The price was a bit higher than comparable options but great quality.

I’m posting this because I was scared by all the negative reviews here but I found our experience to be positive – they were straightforward and did what they said they would.

I just had an unused and unnecessary plant window replaced with a double hung one. very professional process…with measuring, and then Remeasuring. installers were polite and efficient, and left the work area immaculate .. I couldn’t be more pleased. great follow through afterwords to make sure there were no problems.

Each of the Thompson Creek team members were fantastic. The professionalism and support we received beginning with our initial virtual meeting with their sales rep (Joshua), to the install team and the local area manager who stopped by to make sure the install was going well. They all made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. The install team was very respectful, did a great job and cleaned up after completing their work.

I had Thompson Creek replace all of my 30+ year old windows. 23 of them. I got multiple quotes from many sources and Thompson Creek wasn’t the cheapest, but they offered the best for what you were spending. After we signed the contract, they came out and measured every window in the house. Lead times are long on windows replacements so plan for it. Our lead time was longer because we had one octagonal window in our master bath.

When the windows were ready they came out and installed them all in one day. The crew did a fantastic job of installing the windows.

If I had any single observation it would be clean up. There was snow on the ground and by the time they finished it was after dark, so they missed a few things on cleanup. Screws, nails, trim etc. Not even enough to take off a star. Minor thing.

Great Co.!! The salesman was great answered all my questions spent a long time with me very patient with all my numerous questions! And always got back to me with any more questions, and was there every step of the way if they’re any problems! Like when they’re arriving! And when there was a minor problem with the order it was taken care of immediately! As soon as I texted him he got back to me right away! No waiting hours for a return text or call! And the installation team was SUPERB!! They got here on time and did a super job and cleaned everything, making sure all debris and old windows and sliding glass door were all taken away when they were done! And the lead installer Dave was great too!! Making sure everything was done to my satisfaction! And also was very polite and answered all my questions and had no issues with me. Asking a lot of questions, unlike other installers, I’ve dealt with!!

We had done our research, met with other companies and talked with previous customers on their personnel experiences with Thompson Creek. Almost all gave nice reviews so we booked an appointment. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the products and found ways to enhance the look of our windows and with the help of the office, reduce the price making the company’s overall pricing very competitive with the rest. Our existing windows were 22 years old and needed replaced. We ordered 16 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in December 2024 and they were installed in January 2025. The customer service department kept us informed with the time & date of installation. The installation crew of 4 men were very efficient, professional and clean. Drop clothes were placed throughout the house, booties were worn inside and the total installation took about 11 hours from time of arrival to completion. The project manager came by to ensure that all was going to plan and that we were satisfied with the service thus far. We are thrilled with our new windows and doors and highly recommend this company.
